Ideal for companies with a strong product and some traction, but a fuzzy story—especially if you’ve moved upmarket, broadened your product, or entered new categories.

  • Clarify pricing & packaging trade-offs at a strategic level

What’s not included

I don’t set up tools, build dashboards, or manage campaigns. I define what should exist and what to prioritize.

What we do

  • 2× 60-minute calls per month

  • Async feedback on key strategic materials (positioning docs, hiring plans, campaign concepts, investor decks)

  • Participation in up to one leadership or board-facing session per quarter

  • Light “sounding board” availability via email/Slack for important decisions

What’s not included

I don’t manage in-house team members or agencies, own channels, or produce tactical assets like blog posts or ad copy.

Ideal for founders/CEOs who know they need marketing help but aren’t sure whether to hire a head of marketing, product marketing, demand gen, or content first.

What we do

  • I occasionally work with adjacent infra/SaaS if the motion and buyers are similar.
