Ideal for companies with a strong product and some traction, but a fuzzy story—especially if you’ve moved upmarket, broadened your product, or entered new categories.

I don’t set up tools, build dashboards, or manage campaigns. I define what should exist and what to prioritize.
Advisory & Fractional Marketing Leadership — from $3,000/month (3-month minimum)
Ideal if you want ongoing senior marketing support without hiring a full-time VP or CMO.
What we do
2× 60-minute calls per month
Async feedback on key strategic materials (positioning docs, hiring plans, campaign concepts, investor decks)
Participation in up to one leadership or board-facing session per quarter
Light “sounding board” availability via email/Slack for important decisions
What’s not included
I don’t manage in-house team members or agencies, own channels, or produce tactical assets like blog posts or ad copy.
Hiring & Org Design for Marketing — $4,500 (project, ~2 weeks)
Ideal for founders/CEOs who know they need marketing help but aren’t sure whether to hire a head of marketing, product marketing, demand gen, or content first.
